All varsity and JV winter sports and modified ice hockey will begin on the following dates:

Varsity Ice Hockey:  Monday, November 7, 2011

All other Varsity and JV Sports and Modified Ice Hockey:   

Monday, November 14, 2011

Interval Health History forms and physicals must be submitted to the school nurse by Friday, October 28^th. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the student-athlete not being allowed to participate for the first two days of try-out’s.  Physicals and Interval Health History forms will not be accepted after Tuesday, November 8^th, for varsity ice hockey and Tuesday, November 15^th, for all other varsity and JV sports and modified ice hockey. 

All other modified winter sports will begin on Monday, December 5, 2011.

Interval Health History forms and physicals must be submitted to the school nurse by Friday, November 28^th, for all modified winter sports. Please Note:

Interval Health History forms must be completed no more than 30 days prior to the start of practice.  All forms can be downloaded from theNorth Salem web site; click on forms on the main page.

Students participating in sports shared with other schools must follow theNorth Salemguidelines for participation, including deadlines, regardless of the deadlines of partner schools.
